Dr. Kristin Yaneva graduated in 2015 from Medical University - Pleven with excellent grades. In the same year she started specialization in obstetrics and gynecology at the University Hospital "St. Marina" - Pleven. She graduated in 2019.

In the period 2017 - 2022 she was a visiting assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical University - Pleven, and after a competition in August 2022 she was appointed a full-time assistant at the same department.

Areas of professional and scientific interests: certified for diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, diagnostic and operative laparoscopy, diagnosis of benign precancerous and cancerous diseases of the female genital system, pregnancy follow-up and operative delivery.

She is a member of the Bulgarian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Bulgarian Association of Oncogynecology, the Bulgarian Association of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery.

Dr. Yaneva is a young scientist in the project "Center of Competence in Personalized Medicine, 3D and Telemedicine, Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery" at the Center of Competence "Leonardo Da Vinci", Medical University Pleven.
